1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Realzo Digital Ventures (“we”, “us”, “our”), the client (“you”, “your”) agrees to these Terms & Conditions. Services will begin once a signed proposal or written agreement is received and confirmed by Realzo Digital Ventures.

2. Scope of Services

We provide digital marketing services including Meta Ads, Google Ads, website design & development, reporting, analytics, and related digital solutions as outlined in the agreed quote or proposal. The exact deliverables, timelines, and fees will be detailed in individual service agreements.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, timely approvals, access to third-party platforms (e.g., ad accounts, websites), and any required assets. Delays or incomplete information may affect timelines and outcomes.

4. Payment Terms

Fees are due as specified in the service proposal. All payments must be cleared before or as per the payment schedule detailed in the agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services until dues are cleared.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property created during provision of services (ads, creatives, designs, code) remains our property until full payment is received. After full payment, ownership may transfer to the client as agreed.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all non-public information confidential. This includes strategies, financial details, performance data, and proprietary tools unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement in writing. Clients remain responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Limitation of Liability

Realzo Digital Ventures shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of services, including changes by third-party platforms (e.g., algorithm or policy changes).

9. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of their use of services or materials provided, including intellectual property claims or regulatory issues outside our control.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws where Realzo Digital Ventures is headquartered. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued engagement with our services indicates acceptance of any updated terms.
